Olypus OM-DEM-5 Mark 2
When Olympus launched the M-D E-M5 two year ago, it was best Micro Four Thirds camera you could buy. It was light, gave you stunning images and the five axis IS meant that you could shoot in low light, with legacy lenses(with an adaptor of course)and still not worry about image quality. It had the fastest AF system and was completly weather sealed. Now,Olympus has taken things a step up and made it more video friendly, while givimg it afew cosmetic upgrades too. While the Mark2 comes with the same senser as the Mark 1, it does however get a new TruePic v2 processor,an 81 point AF, a fully articulating3-inch touch screen with better resolution,a time lapse mode and an image stitch option where eight images are stitched together while the sensor shifts in four directions and you get 40MP image. You also get 1080p video at a 77Mbps bitrate and IS system that works with video too.
cosmetically, the Mark 2 features a more pronounced grip, through not as pronounced as the Olympus OM-D EM-1. The shutter speed and aperture dials are easire to use and the shooting mode dial gets a well needed button that requires pressing before switching modes. The body has even better weathersealing and there are plenty of buttons offering customization ,making it easy to use and set up to your liking.
